The process of digitization of the processes and tools that allow the Customer to interact remotely with us continues and at the same time guarantee the sales network the possibility of improving relations with customers who use Bancaperta services.
After the introduction of Chat, Video Chat, Call Me Back and "Prendi appuntamento", the offer of the Bancaperta app and its website is enriched with other important services that allow Creval to position itself among the first Italian banks to have changed the paradigm of Internet Banking transforming it from a transactional tool to a relationship platform. The new tools can be reached from Bancaperta by accessing the "Per te" area.
The commercial proposal and web collaboration tools are divided into two macro sections:
Our Commercial Showcase that collects a series of products and services designed for the Customer on the basis of its risk profile and further other products, all of which can be purchased online directly from Bancaperta. If interested, the Customer may receive information through the use of remote interaction tools made available by the Bank (chat, video chat, “Ti contattiamo noi”, “Prendi appuntamento”).
Each product/service is described in a card containing the relative characteristics; the web collaboration tools are configured based on the product requirements. It is also possible to make online purchases using, for the part relating to the signing of the contractual documentation, the innovative Remote Digital Signature tool that allows the customer to sign in a secure, easy, fast and free way.
Definitely innovative Document Exchange Area designed to facilitate the management, via the internet channel, of all those “bidirectional” processes that daily involve the Bank/Customer relationship aimed at transmitting, signing or receiving documents.
The functions in this new area allow Customers and colleagues working in branches to start a "Nuova conversazione" and to complete the activities aimed at:
• freely exchange copies of documents (attachments) and manage all related communications;
• sign the documents available at the time of the transaction through the Remote Digital Signature (with disposable certificate);
• support the subscription and consequent activation of products that can be purchased through Bancaperta.
The Bank/Customer interaction takes place through the use of a messaging and attachment management structure that has been developed taking into account the usual existing models that have entered the usage habits of all users of the internet channel. In particular, through the "Invia/richiedi documenti" function, Customers can open a new conversation and through the "Conversazioni" function they can access communications already in progress or concluded (history) to view the related attachments.
The collaboration tools allow to create a relationship with customers in a certified and protected environment such as internet banking, where information and data are safe.
